Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mixbinder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mixbinder is a web-based audio comparison tool that allows users to:

• Upload and compare multiple audio file versions
• Add timestamped notes and feedback
• Collaborate with team members
• Organize projects into folders

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We use Google OAuth for authentication. By signing in, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

• Monthly subscription: $7 USD per month
• Annual subscription: $60 USD per year

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions maintain their rate until renewal.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all audio files and notes you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Create backups for reliability purposes

5.2 Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws
• You do not have the right to share

5.3 Content Removal

We may remove content that violates these terms. You may delete your content at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Upload excessively large files intended to abuse storage limits

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code (excluding User Content), is owned by Todal Musikkproduksjon and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with:

• Supabase for database and authentication
• Stripe for payment processing
• Google for OAuth authentication

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
